One-on-One Yoga Instruction
Individual coaching to build a personal yoga practice.
-
1:1 sessions are for people seeking support in navigating transitions, finding balance, and cultivating meaningful relationships. Together we build a practice with steady, intentional flow in order to calm the mind and access insight through direct experience. These sessions are also great for de-stressing or building more functional strength and flexibility.
60- and 90-minute sessions generally include guided intention setting, breathwork, movement, meditation and self-reflection.
The recommendation is for 1-2 sessions per week for the first 2 months. It is best to schedule 90 minutes for the first session so that we have ample time for intention setting.
Clients are also provided with some simple practices to explore in their own time.

Mentorship
Support for yoga teachers navigating new spaces.
-
My aim with mentorship is to help other wellness practitioners build more clarity and confidence in their offerings. I am most passionate about supporting new BIPOC teachers in navigating the white-dominated yoga studio culture. I also enjoy offering consultation around career transitions. Mentorship might look like feedback after a class, recommendations around sequencing or simply sharing a bit of guidance based on my own experiences in navigating the space.
-
There is no monetary expectation for mentorship but rather a balanced exchange of energy in nurturing the relationship.
